Can you work outside trading hours?+
Yes — most of our commercial work is early morning, late evening or overnight so we're done before customers or staff arrive.
Do you cover multi-site portfolios?+
Yes. We invoice centrally and provide a per-site photo report after each visit. Ideal for retail chains, letting agents and facilities managers.
Do you supply RAMS and insurance documents?+
Yes — RAMS, method statements and our £5m PL certificate are supplied on request for site inductions.
Can you remove chewing gum and graffiti?+
Yes. We use dedicated gum removal machines and safe graffiti removers suited to the substrate — brick, render, glass, metal or painted panels.
